How You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and drive alignment on candidate profiles.
- Execute high-volume hiring initiatives within manufacturing and logistics environments, meeting time-sensitive business objectives.
- Strengthen Thistle's employer brand through strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and advocacy of our mission and values.
- Champion DEIB principles by embedding equitable practices throughout recruitment processes and fostering diverse talent pipelines.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track key recruiting metrics, assess performance, and optimize the hiring process.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to internal policies.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
