Our partner is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Technology Services team. This role involves analyzing business and technology challenges, documenting requirements, and providing innovative solutions. The Business Analyst will contribute to planning, design, development, configuration, and implementation of technology-based solutions while incorporating user experience (UX) principles.

Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clients, development teams, and third parties throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and Network Engineers to analyze and document technical and business solutions
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into measurable objectives and deliverables
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance workflow efficiency
- Design and execute test scenarios and scripts, coordinating with project and user teams
- Conduct user experience research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and design iterations
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research data to improve user experience
- Advocate for user needs throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct development reviews and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions
- Manage workload independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in various aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog refinement, and user story creation
- Knowledge of application development life cycle, requirements definition, and testing phases
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
- Familiarity with UX design principles and user-centered design processes
- Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure RP, and Balsamiq
- Strong time management, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language
