Responsibilities- Prepare and review journal entries, financial statements, and regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Create financial reports and analyses to support management decision-making, including explaining material variances.
- Maintain accurate financial records using enterprise systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with auditor requests.
- Lead or assist with ad hoc financial reporting and research projects.
- Stay current with accounting standards by preparing memos and white papers for management updates.
- Conduct trend analyses and research regulations to support financial operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- Up to two years of experience or equivalent education/training.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, methods, and theories, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Progress toward CPA certification and/or MBA.
- Insurance industry experience.
- Experience using Workday Financials.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $28.98 - $35.79 Per Hour
