Our partner is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Technology Services team. This role involves analyzing business and technology challenges, documenting requirements, and providing innovative solutions. The Business Analyst will contribute to planning, design, development, configuration, and implementation of technology-based solutions while incorporating user experience (UX) principles.
The organization follows a flexible work model that balances in-person collaboration with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in process improvement, and a user-centered approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clients, development teams, and third parties throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and Network Engineers to analyze and document technical and business solutions.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into measurable objectives and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Design and execute test scenarios and scripts, coordinating with project and user teams.
- Conduct user experience research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and design iterations.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research data to improve user experience.
- Advocate for user needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct development reviews and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.
- Manage workload independently with minimal supervision.
