Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team in Lowell, MA. As an Early Intervention SLP, you will be responsible for providing home and community-based services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or risk factors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in comprehensive assessments of children's developmental status in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress, including progress notes, reports, and assessments.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or CF eligible.
- Strong knowledge of family systems and early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
