Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator supports the executive team with administrative tasks, including policy updates, asset tracking, and contract management. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring professionalism and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, file and track all contracts to the organization
- Coordinate, assign and track assigned assets for the organization (key fobs, keys, laptops, etc.), manage inventory and replenishment of supplies as needed
- Coordinate assigned bids and tickets for work
- Track, update and maintain assigned policies, reports and forms
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate competency in the completion of the above noted job responsibilities.
- Possess related education and minimum of 3 years of office experience or substitute additional or related work experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Possess knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft office suite and Microsoft Teams and have good typing and phone skills.
- Be able to display appropriate personal and professional etiquette.
- Have strong organizational skills.
