Location: Meridian, ID (In-office position)

We're looking for a talented and results-driven IT System Administrator to join our dynamic Core Services Team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering reliable, high-performance IT solutions!

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a deep understanding of change management, and extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, and Compliance and Security administration at a global administrator level. Solid networking skills to implement and maintain secure networks.

Direct Report: IT Manager of Core Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage complex IT infrastructure solutions to meet organizational requirements.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior IT team members and end-users.
• Endpoint software patching and configurations, and OS imaging.
• Microsoft Teams groups and site administration.
• Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint development and administration.
• Daily monitoring and management of any Microsoft security and remediation actions within Microsoft Security Portal and Microsoft Defender XDR Portals.
• Monitor and take corrective action on any actionable endpoint alerts, risks.
• Manage backup and recovery with Zerto Cloud Backup services.
• Manage Jamf Pro - Apple Device Management MDM for managing iPads.
• Actively administer Microsoft Security to elevate security score, SOC optimization, device compliance, user risk, and Sentinel health.
• Develop SOP and best practices for Microsoft desktop and cloud products.
• Co-manage InfoSec Cybersecurity awareness programs and end-user awareness around security.
• Manage and maintain SSO between Microsoft Azure and third-party SaaS platforms, such as Netsuite, Nexonia, Jamix, Docebo, Salesforce, Smartsheets, and more.
• Co-manage Freshworks Freshservice, AI-powered ITSM and ESM Solution for support services.
• Work closely with the Help Desk team to manage support requests and issue tickets.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to manage GoDaddy and Wordpress for websites.
• Manage and secure networks leveraging multiple technologies such as Ubiquiti Unifi, Peplink, as well as multiple different ISP and LTE providers across the country.
• Microsoft Copilot co-implementation and ongoing administration.
• Other duties as assigned by IT Manager – Core Services.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or similar field.
• 7 years of hands-on progressive IT experience, and 4 years administering Microsoft Azure and Office/Microsoft 365 environments as a Global Administrator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of change management.
• Extensive knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure administration.
• Proven experience with Exchange management, SharePoint management, Teams management, Azure management, virtual machines, compliance, data loss prevention, and endpoint management.
• Experience with CoPilot for Microsoft 365 is desired.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft DLP, Compliance, Universal Print, Conditional Access, and Data Labeling.
• Ability to assist and work closely with the help desk, supporting over 600 Office/Microsoft 365 users and over 150 laptop users.
• Experience providing advanced technical support for levels two and three for networking, laptop deployment, endpoint management, and updates.
• Proficiency in developing and managing Microsoft Intune, Azure Endpoint Protection, Microsoft Teams best practices.
• Experience supporting applications such as DocuSign, Smartsheets, NetSuite, Salesforce, UKG, Unify, Ubiquity Networks, Peplink, and Cloudflare.
• Skilled at problem solving and root cause analysis
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Graph.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Physical and Sensory Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computers, keyboards, and other office equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds (e.g., laptops, monitors, servers).
• Occasional bending, stooping, or reaching to access hardware in server rooms or under desks.
• Visual acuity to read technical documents, monitor screens, and detect issues on hardware.
• Auditory ability to communicate effectively via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
• Mobility within the office environment, including walking to different departments or locations.
• Ability to remain focused and alert in a dynamic environment with potential interruptions or shifting priorities.
