Client, located off 75 Royal Lane, is looking for an Human Resources Business Partner to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
Keys :
- Own end to end human resources for multiple departments (LOA, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, mentoring, etc.)
- A strategic thinker is key - must be forward thinking
- Must have some healthcare background, ideally 3- 5 years of experience
- UKG Pro system experience helpful but not required
