About Us: Thomas Fence has been in business since 1993 and is bonded and insured. Greg and Kate Paschal have been the owners since May of 2003. Their primary focus is to provide excellent quality fencing that meets the needs of customers in Northwest Arkansas. Our services include installing all kinds of residential and commercial fencing.
Salary: From $17-$25 per hour depending on experience

Candidate needs to have 3-5 years of residential or commercial fence building experience.
Candidate needs to know how to install wood, chain link, and ornamental type of fences.
Candidate needs to have a valid drivers license and undergo a background check.
Candidate needs to be a team player and understand how to manage a crew.
