- Assist with contractors, permits, insurance, signage rights, and property valuations
- Oversee the day-to-day use of the property in Corpus Christi, Texas including usage, insurance, property rights and access
- Reporting and Audits
- Accounting audits on marketing bills and programs
- Organization of firm state bar events retentions projects
- Risk and Issue Management
- Monitor project progress to identify potential risks or delays
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the Firm's quality standards and are delivered on time
- Conduct quality control checks to verify that project outputs align with project requirements
- Cross-Function Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve conflicts

- Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking for projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with project management tools and other productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration
- Must have a valid TX driver license
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to handle all employee information with confidentiality
