A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE AND SALES MANAGER
In this role, you begin each day by reviewing sales activities and metrics with your team and coaching them on effective selling strategies. You train new sales reps, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet our high standards. Throughout the day, you manage the office's daily operations, oversee financial records with the bookkeeper, and assist in collections.
Highly organized and efficient, you handle payables, appointment setting, and follow-ups, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Collaborating with the marketing team, you also easily develop and implement promotional campaigns, driving sales and enhancing customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in office administration or management
- Experience in sales or sales team support
Preferred:
- Experience as an office manager and/or a sales team administrator in the construction or home improvement industry
WORK SCHEDULE
- Start time: 7:20 AM
- Full-Time: 40 to 50 hours per week
