Reference # : 9310328 54032E Primary Function : To ensure that documents are properly prepared for scanning and to organize charts in date order to scan. Additional responsibilities include chart retrieval, update death log, monitor eVitals , front desk duties, loose reports, indexing, data entry, fetal strip, fill in for scanning and indexing when needed and answer fax request.High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous clerical experience required. Health Information Management preferred Ability to follow both written and verbal directions. Knowledge and experience working with software applications, specifically Microsoft Windows required.
