Job Description
The Senior Veterinary Technician will ensure a USDA compliant operating suite along with provide pre-, peri- and postoperative care in all USDA animals for study support and provide training to staff as needed.
- Includes USDA OR maintenance, creating and maintaining appropriate records as required by the USDA.
- Prepare animals for surgery, anesthetic monitoring, provide post-surgical care with associated veterinary and research staff.
- Other duties related to USDA animals as assigned by hiring manager
