- Organize and retrieve medical records as required
- Reproduce medical records as requested
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of clerical experience in a large academic medical center health information department or other comparable large clinical practice setting
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
