Job Details
Under the management of the Network Director, Engineering and Maintenance Division, overseesthe activities of assigned supervisors, office personnel, staff mechanics (Electrical, HVAC/R,
Plumbing, Utilities, and Boiler Operations), and contracted services engaged in the installation,
construction, maintenance and/or repair of equipment, operations, and grounds throughout the
medical center. Provides the management oversight, direction and leadership in reference to
new projects, renovations, and overall campus upkeep. Assures regulatory compliance.
Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience required. Previous supervisory experience in a
multi-craft union environment is preferred (hospital a plus). Minimum five years' experience in
management of Plant Operations and Healthcare Construction Thorough knowledge of Life Safety
Codes, AIA Guidelines, and DOH & TJC guidelines required.
