What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner position at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health?
Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner needed for our growing FM team at Jefferson Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia and the Montgomery Main Campus Hospital, located approximately 20 miles northwest of downtown Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
- Treating patients of all ages, with a patient load of 2-3 per hour.
- Collaborating with a team of 4 providers.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- National Board Certification as a Primary/Family Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- BLS certification.
- At least 2 years of experience preferred.
