What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Sales Executive position at Thomas Lawrence Enterprises?

We’re a certified building contractor (CBC) based in Naples, Florida, with a sharp focus on commercial construction projects ranging from $250K to $2M. We're lean, aggressive, and already have a strong track record — but we're ready to scale fast, and we need a proven closer to help us get there.
We don’t care about fancy degrees or shiny resumes. We care about results. If you’ve got the right industry relationships, you know the territory, and you can walk in with active opportunities — we want to talk.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A current, active network of commercial construction buyers (developers, owners, architects, PMs, property managers, etc.)
- 5 years selling GC services in the Florida market (bonus if you’ve sold in Naples, or Fort Myers areas)
- Ability to generate $2M–$3M in project sales annually within your first year
- Understanding of design-build, ground-up, and renovation scopes
- Hustle, autonomy, and zero need for hand-holding
- Ability to speak Spanish is an asset but not required
