Job Summary
The Welding and Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for Supervising the Welders day to day Operations.
- Dispatching Welders to Jobs for repairs prioritized by Ops Team as well as the Individual Shops.
- Keeping up with hours for Fatigue Management and drive efficiency through Time Management.
- Responsible for the Maintenance and upkeep of Equipment and Vehicles to include cleanliness.
- Will be purchasing the material needed for equipment repairs and welding supplies following purchasing guidelines.
- Adherence to all Thomas Procedures and Safety Policies.
Qualifications
- Position does not require you to currently be a Welder, just have some knowledge of Welding and Maintenance.
- Will be Required to have previous experience as a supervisor.
Salary : $100,000 - $105,000
