Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Assistant Property Manager for our storage facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, collecting payments, and helping with the daily operations of the facility. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a customer service setting, this position could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their storage needs.
Process rental agreements and lease paperwork.
Collect payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
Perform basic administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.
Ensure the security of the facility by following all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, property management, or retail is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and payment processing systems.
Must be available to work the specified hours.
Qualities
Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
