JOB SUMMARY Wash Bay technicians support onsite rig operations by performing the following job-specific duties outlined below. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to clean and prepare Thomas products. Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and other employees as needed to complete assigned work. Works autonomously with limited supervision, escalating issues to Field Supervisor as required. Maintains company and customer work areas to Thomas standards of cleanliness and orderliness at all times, while also observing location-specific safety protocols. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to continuously stand & walk Ability to sit for long periods of time Frequently push & pull Occasionally bend & stoop Requires repeated heavy lifting of up to 75 lbs Working outside in variable weather conditions to include heat, humidity, cold & wind. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Valid Class C Driver License Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) per insurance guidelines Able to work rotational and on-call schedules (14 days on/7 days off), including OT, weekends, nights and holidays Requires repeated heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs. and working outside in variable weather conditions Able to successfully complete all required pre-hire tests and verifications to include pre-employment drug testing, criminal background check and MVR review.
