What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Home Park Manager position at Thomas Property Management?
We are seeking a Mobile Home Park Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. We are 100 Space Mobile home park. The pay is in form of residence you get a 3Bedroom 2Bath House with Office attached. For about 20hrs or less work.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
- Oversea Maintenance Crew
- Collect Rent
- Post Delinquent notices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accounts receivable or cashier experience preferred.
- Computer Skills
- Data Entry In Rent Manager System.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- General computer Knowledge is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
