  • Job Title : Administrative Assistant
  • Location : Greenwich, CT
  • Main Role : Provide administrative support to C-suite executives, manage schedules, create and analyze spreadsheets, prepare reports, presentations and documents for meetings, and handle confidential information.
  • Key Responsibilities : Calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting preparation, ensuring smooth daily operations, and coordinating communications.
  • Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree, 3 years experience in supporting executives ideally in financial services, strong Excel skills, excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
  • Work Conditions : Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Residence : Must reside in Westchester County, NY or Fairfield County, CT, and be within commuting distance of Greenwich, CT.
