Job Title : Administrative Assistant

Location : Greenwich CT

Main Role : Provide administrative support to Csuite executives manage schedules create and analyze spreadsheets prepare reports presentations and documents for meetings and handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities : Calendar management travel coordination expense reporting meeting preparation ensuring smooth daily operations and coordinating communications.

Required Qualifications : Bachelors degree 3 years experience in supporting executives ideally in financial services strong Excel skills excellent organizational multitasking and communication skills.

Work Conditions : Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.

Residence : Must reside in Westchester County NY or Fairfield County CT and be within commuting distance of Greenwich CT.
