Job Description
As an Account Manager and Life & Health Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their insurance needs. You will receive training and support to obtain your Life and Health insurance licenses if not yet licensed. This is an exciting opportunity for those eager to learn, develop professionally, and be a part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding and selecting life and health insurance plans tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare and present quotes, policy options, and other relevant information to clients.
- Manage account payments, ensuring timely processing and tracking.
- Send reminders to clients about upcoming payments and assist with payment-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in documentation and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, product knowledge, and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior licensing necessary, but must be willing to obtain Life and Health insurance licenses (training provided).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite at our Hammond, LA office.
- $11/hour base pay plus quarterly bonus on sales.
