As An Associate In Our Group, You Will Advise Cutting-edge Clients Ranging From Early-stage Startups To Fortune 500 Companies In The Technology, Life Science, Green Energy, And Cleantech Space, Including
Interfacing directly with clients to provide mission-critical advice on all aspects of employment law, including hiring, leaves of absence, internal investigations, terminations, trade secret protection, restrictive covenants, and various employee mobility issues;
Drafting and reviewing employment policies, executive agreements, separation agreements, and other key employment documents;
Advocating for clients in employment-related disputes before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitral panels;
Working with and assisting other team members on multi-jurisdictional disputes and matters; and
Assisting and advising on various employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other corporate transactions, gaining valuable cross-disciplinary experience.
Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary range of $260,000 – $365,000, based on year classification.
