Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive care by implementing individualized plans, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical interventions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care provided to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.
- Monitoring & Communication: Regularly monitor and record patient conditions, communicating updates to the care team, physicians, patients, and their families.
- Activities of Daily Living: Assist patients with essential activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and mobility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and addressing spiritual and psychosocial needs.
- Patient Education: Assess the learning needs of patients and their families, providing tailored education that considers age, culture, and specific circumstances.
- Advocacy: Serve as a strong advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of each patient.
- Valid NV RN license.
- Associate degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar setting is preferred.
Salary : $64,000 - $80,000
