What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Thompson Appliance SVC?
Looking for a full-time administration position in the Puyallup area.
General contractor office that specializes in appliance installations. Is looking for the right candidate to assist our growing company.
Tasks can include a variety of items such as:
Answering all phone calls
Returning voicemail messages
Monitoring and responding to emails
Data entry and booking appointments on our digital dispatch software
Monitoring time card app and printing time cards
Data consolidation, organizing and creating excel spreadsheets
Monitoring estimate conversions and following up with customers within 30 days
Facilitating and managing customer reviews and implementing into Google
A/R collections, processing credit cards, collecting checks and invoicing daily
Prior knowledge with QuickBooks is a must.
Accounting background is a plus, wage is determined upon experience.
Regence Health Insurance after 90 days of employment.
Office hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM
