As a Marketing Insights Analyst, you will monitor and translate complex fundraising marketing data into clear and concise reports with actionable insights. You will work with and analyze various data sources, understand marketing KPIs, and be able to clearly connect performance data to business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of manipulating and analyzing data as well as the ability to understand, visualize and discuss marketing implications. This is a hybrid position out of our office in Lincoln, MA.
Your Impact:
- Gather data from various sources, including fundraising marketing campaigns across all channels, tactics, and platforms, and utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Translate complex data into clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Identify key performance indicators and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to align data analysis with business objectives and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports and track and analyze key metrics related to website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- 4-6 years’ experience as a Marketing Data Analyst/Marketing Insights Analyst or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with fundraising marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
