Position Overview:
As a Litigation Legal assistant, you will support our litigation attorneys through various stages of case management. This role is your gateway to professional growth in a nurturing yet challenging environment, offering ample opportunities to refine your skills and advance within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting correspondence, scheduling, pleadings, and legal documents.
- Maintain and organize electronic case files.
- Support client communication, addressing concerns and ensuring they are well-informed.
- Coordinate discovery responses and manage case-related deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of litigation assistant experience in personal injury law firm is a MUST.
- Proficient in MS Office and case management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Spanish Bilingual skillset a plus.
