Small but busy Property Management Co. in Atlantic City is looking for a reliable, hardworking Administrative Assistant. Duties will include: data entry, A/R & A/P, answering high volume phones, typing, sending/receiving e-mails, collection of payment & general office duties. Property Management experience a plus. Looking for someone with good organizational and time management skills. Bookkeeping experience is required. Must work in office in Atlantic City. Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Possible part time for a motivated individual. Salary commensurate with experience, starting at $600.00 per week. Please e-mail resume.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Experience with bookkeeping and general ledger accounting
