Job Summary :
Provides administrative support services to various areas of the business.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Essential Job Functions :
Data entry.Responds to general inquiries from management, employees, clients inside and outside of the company.Interface with vendors and various internal departments.Assist with special projects and research as needed.Assist with scheduling and managing business services for multiple technicians and clients.Performs other related duties as assigned.Experience & Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required.2 years previous experience providing administrative support.Skills in using MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new technology and use it to create efficiency with work.Dependability and ability to follow instructions.Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills.Extensive knowledge of standard administrative practices and willingness to learn new skills.Physical Requirements :
