Job Summary :
The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts in an effort to retain current business, while also identifying new opportunities to increase sales volume. The role involves direct client contact along with the ability to build and foster excellent teamwork with other internal stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.Develop and implement growth strategies to increase sales volume with assigned customers through phone calls, cold calling, and onsite meetings.Work with clients to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning our products and services.Ensure customer satisfaction and work to resolve customer concerns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Performs other related duties as assigned.Experience & Qualifications :
Four-year college degree, preferred1-3 years previous experience in sales or service industry.Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customersStrong client-facing skills and effective at selling to decision-makers.Entrepreneurial and goal-driven focus.Excellent verbal and written communication.Plans, organizes, and uses time efficiently and effectively.Dependable, follow instructions, responds to management direction.Maintains a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability pass a drug and background check.Physical Requirements :
