What will your job look like?
A retail lead generator will work in various popular wholesale retailer store to generate leads/appointments with customers, to represent Thompson & Thompson Service Group. A successful candidate will be a self-starter and have a goal-oriented mindset.
- Interact with customers
- Talk about Heating, Air Conditioning, and Indoor Air Quality
- Introduce Lennox HVAC Equipment to customers
- Discuss replacing Home Heating – A/C Systems
- Discuss Air Filtration and Humidity Control Systems
- Schedule appointments for “In-Home Consultation”
What do you need?
- Must have and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Thompson & Thompson Service Group may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
