What You’ll Do As Senior Accounting Associate
- Processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Managing payroll records, including calculations, reconciliations, and compliance with regulations.
- Assisting with payroll taxes, deductions, and benefit contributions.
- Providing support for payroll audits and reporting requirements.
- Collaborating with the HR and Accounting teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Accounts payable functions by reconciling monthly vendor statements, verifying invoices, and maintaining payment records.
- Utilizing Yardi accounting software to ensure accurate transaction recording.
- Associate degree or equivalent level of education and experience.
- 5 years of related experience
- Experience in handling high volume Accounts Payable.
- Experience in processing Payroll
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel and a working knowledge of other Microsoft programs required.
- Yardi accounting software and ADP experience preferred.
- Organizational Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
