What You’ll Do as a Senior Financial Analyst:
As the Senior Financial Analyst, your primary responsibility will be the analysis of financial data and the development of insights to support strategic decision-making. Specific responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI’s
- Developing and creating reporting requirements (pipeline, construction, KPI, completed database).
- Conducting detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Preparing KPI dashboards
- Ensuring the accuracy of the data
- Proactively developing and engaging with the Teams to drive new reporting
- Collaborate with the other analysts to streamline reporting
- Developing and maintaining complex financial models to assess various business scenarios and support strategic initiatives.
- Analyzing financial data to identify areas of improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Monitoring and reporting on financial performance against benchmarks.
- Leading research on industry trends, economic conditions, and the competitive landscape to inform financial planning.
- Identifying financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Supporting special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed to assist senior management in decision-making.
Our Ideal Candidate for this Role:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, accounting, or finance).
- 5 years of real estate financial analysis experience.
