What You'll Do:
- Strategize & Innovate: Craft and execute market penetration strategies that set new benchmarks for success.

- Negotiate & Secure: Negotiate land acquisitions with sellers and brokers, securing prime locations for our developments.
- Manage & Mentor: Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, entitlement processes, preliminary pricing, and project underwriting with finesse.
- Present & Persuade: Showcase potential projects to the Investment Committee, securing internal approvals and capital to bring projects to fruition.
- Coordinate & Optimize: Direct site-specific development plans, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure successful lease-ups and full project stabilization.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, project management, or a related field.
- Experience & Expertise: 5 years of experience in sourcing and developing industrial projects.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for relating well across all levels of the organization and with clients.
- Analytical & Strategic: Superior problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of real estate transactions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail-Oriented & Driven: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision, and a passion for meeting deadlines.
