We are currently seeking a seasoned Transactional Tax Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong academic background from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent research, analytical, and communication skills. An LLM in Tax is a requirement for this position.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position and a deep understanding of taxation laws and regulations, particularly as they apply to partnerships and S corps, as well as real estate.
