The Real Estate Lease & Property Administrator will report to the Real Estate Manager. This role is designed for a skilled and organized individual who will support and assist in overseeing both lease agreements and real property operations for our company The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of collaborating across departments to ensure the efficient administration of leases and the smooth operation of real estate assets. This position will support the Real Estate Manager in the management of the company’s real estate assets .
Essential Job Duties
The Real Estate Lease & Property Administrator will report to the Real Estate Manager. This role is designed for a skilled and organized individual who will support and assist in overseeing both lease agreements and real property operations for our company The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of collaborating across departments to ensure the efficient administration of leases and the smooth operation of real estate assets. This position will support the Real Estate Manager in the management of the company’s real estate assets .
Essential Job Duties
- Create, maintain, update and organize all property related information for company properties, whether owned or leased
- Lease review, abstracting, processing, portfolio audits, information management and reporting, and document storage and maintenance
- Negotiate lease terms with landlords, ensuring that the company’s interests are protected while maintaining positive relationships with third parties
- Review, analyze, and manage lease agreements, including coordinating renewals, amendments, and terminations, while ensuring compliance with key terms and obligations
- Monitor critical lease dates (e.g., renewals, rent escalations, expirations) and ensure timely actions are taken to address them
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, property managers) on real estate matters to ensure alignment with company objectives and resolve any real estate issues and disputes
- Draft lease documentation in collaboration with the legal department
- Input and maintain lease data in the lease management system, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date
- Manage administration of CSAT compliance, Tier II reporting, property taxes and insurance
- Act as a liaison between landlords and tenants to resolve issues, address concerns, and ensure smooth operations
- Acquisition support and integration, including due diligence and post-closing integration
- Work closely with the Real Estate Manager to support overall property management strategies and goals
- Other duties as required, assigned, or deemed necessary by the Real Estate Manager
- A bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in lease administration, property management, or real estate
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with lease management software and property management systems a plus
- Advanced system skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Outlook required
- Real estate transaction and leasing experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Maintains confidentiality of information
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work independently and multi-task
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address tenant, landlord, and stakeholder concerns

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
