Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for performing all functions necessary within the shipping department to schedule transportation of all outbound and inbound freight
- Works with the TPG team to produce delivery schedules based on customer needs and product availability
- Supervises clerks within the shipping department, conducts performance evaluations, and handles employee discipline
- Maintains DOT compliance of shipping department, reviews and analyzes expenditures and other financial information, and develops and implements plans, policies, and budgets
Requirements:

- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
