Contract Express is a document assembly and automation solution used by some of the world’s largest law firms & corporations. The U.S. services team for Contract Express is a product-dedicated team providing a mixture of support and consulting services to blue chip clients. With a heritage of personal and exceptional quality technical support and consultancy, we are looking for a new team member to assist with the increased demand for Contract Express support and professional services.
Role Purpose/Summary:
This role is responsible for providing pre- and post-sale training and consulting to users of Contract Express, leading/coaching users through automation projects, and providing automation services directly to our customer base. This will require you to develop expertise with Contract Express and be able to effectively communicate technical and non-technical information to ensure that users’ questions and issues are quickly and professionally resolved. This goes far beyond traditional first line support and you will develop close relationships with users and be expected to convey the professionalism and competence of an expert and consultant.
Location - Work from Home
Major Responsibilities:
- Use the tools of the trade including our proprietary software, Contract Express and HighQ DocAuto
- Plan, design, build, and test automated documents and solutions using Contract Express / HighQ
- Provide general support for Contract Express and for users that are creating their own automated legal templates and solutions
- Support the sales force through lead generation and pre-sale demonstration initiatives
- Manage post-sale education and implementation process including design and presentation of comprehensive customized curriculums
- Attend trade shows and design presentations to position Thomson Reuters’ solutions products for customer review and purchase as needed
- Other duties as directed by your manager
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience working with legal documents (other document automation software)
- Experience working in a legal department or a law firm
- The ability to handle many assignments and clients in a fast-paced organization
- BS or BA required; JD or other advanced degree preferred
- Experience with Thomson Reuters Legal Portfolio, including Contract Express and HighQ, a plus
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
