08 : 00am - 17 : 00pm
16ph, weekly pay every Friday

Responsibilities
Locking / unlocking of the site / building gates and doors and ensure the safe custody of keys, fobs and access cards.
Supervising the care-taking team
Site Compliance
Carry out audits of facilities.
Carry out reactive and planned maintenance of facilities.
Participate in the Health & Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers or hazards encountered to the Site Manager.
Carry out Litter picking and assisting cleaning teams as required.
Escorting of sub-contractors as required.
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a care-taking, maintenance, or similar role
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair
