Responsibilities
- Greeting members and guests and providing exceptional dining experience
- Having extensive menu knowledge
- Ensure excellent and prompt food service to members and guests
- Being a resource of knowledge about our wines and spirited drinks
- Crafting outstanding beverages
- Maintaining bar area cleanliness and adhering to all required standards
- Assist with special events or services as needed
- Set up and breakdown banquet / meeting space with tables and chairs, table condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.), linens, place settings, center pieces, and all other event provisions
- Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff
