Job Summary
We are seeking a to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender/server you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking food order at dining area and serving to customer maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and dining area ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Taking food order in dining area
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Utilize POS system for order processing and payment transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets or special events.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests
