- Help manage volunteer recruitment processes, including screening and onboarding new volunteers.
- Supervise and lead small groups of volunteers during events to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize software tools such as Raiser Edge and Salesforce for tracking volunteer activities and managing data.
- Engage in social work activities that align with the organization's mission and goals.
Requirements
