The role will support our global engineering and design teams in negotiating and managing design contracts. In this role, you will work closely with TT leadership to ensure all contracts comply with legal standards and company values. The role also requires claim handling and knowledge of the litigation process along with the firm’s risk management efforts.ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and draft customer and vendor agreements.Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel as needed.Act as a resource and advisor.Establish and maintain scalable contracting processes and templates.Assist with corporate initiatives, including litigation and employment matters.Serve as the liaison between various teams and leadership, ensuring all contracts meet legal and company standards.RequirementsDegree educated.2 years of previous experience, ideally working primarily on design / engineering contracts.Working knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry.Experience in using Microsoft Office suite programs – Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills in a positive and approachable manner.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.CompensationThe rate for this position generally is $120,000-$185,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law.
