Role and Responsibilities
- Schedule changes daily for field employees changing job sites/ job information
- Working with customers on maintenance curves daily
- Open all quotes and jobs in system
- Time and material price outs
- Maintain customer Purchase orders
- Support new customers
- Track employee vacation
- Schedule safety classes
- Coordinate DISA random drug tests
- Create weekly agenda for safety meeting
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Team-management and leadership skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Attention to details even under pressure
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear, sitting for long periods of time.
- Repetitive movements by wrists and hands in performance of work.
- Rarely required to bend or lift more than 10 lbs
- The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.
The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses/spoggles, respirators, ear plugs, steel toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the work performed and location the work is being done.
