Join Thread as an HR Business Partner today. The best candidates will be HR Generalists with hands-on experience who want to join a growing business. The HRBP will be 100% dedicated to supporting one client with locations in multiple states. This position will require being in the office 1-2 days per week, with work-from-home flexibility the rest of the week.
Overview
The HR Business Partner is responsible for using a proactive consultative approach with our client to provide customized and practical HR solutions to challenges across a range of HR functions, including best practices for compensation, employee relations, leave administration, performance management, policies and procedures, training and development, and regulatory compliance. HRBP will also increase efficiency with the iSolved technology, implement appropriate solutions, and move clients from tactical to strategic for better candidate and employee experiences that reduce client turnover and associated issues.

Requirements
● Bachelor's degree (required)
● PHR and/or SHRM-CP required, SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP preferred
● Current, valid Driver's license
● Strong HR Generalist: 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in HR consulting with emphasis on employee relations,employee engagement, compliance, policies and processes, training, and coaching leadership teams
● Computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite, G-Suite, payroll reporting, and HR admin familiarity
● Must be able to get to the point with clients, resolve issues, and give concise advice
● Extensive Knowledge of federal and state employment laws: FMLA, ADA, EEO and EEO-1, FLSA, I-9s, benefits administration, audits, NLRB, OSHA record keeping, background/drug test process
● Experience investigating and managing claims: workers comp, unemployment, wage/hr, and EEOC
● Excellent time management skills and ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team on multiple projects
● Strong consulting skills and ability to exceed client expectations with a proactive approach
● Strong initiative and follow-through skills
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● The ability to solve HR-related problems and communicate with multiple clients
