Location : Hybrid (3 days in person) - Los Angeles, CA

Hours : 9 AM - 5 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of our customer success efforts—engaging with members, handling retention-focused calls, and using persuasive sales tactics to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires a high-energy, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment. Your ability to uncover customer concerns, highlight the value of our service, and influence renewal decisions will directly impact our business success.

Job Responsibilities :

• Engage with existing customers via inbound and outbound calls (75 per day) to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and retain their business.
• Identify customer pain points and skillfully position ThreadBeast’s value to turn cancellations into continued memberships.
• Utilize proven sales tactics such as objection handling, upselling, and consultative techniques to maximize retention.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively via phone calls and occasionally support tickets.
• Stay updated on our products, pricing, and industry trends to better serve and sell to customers.
• Act as a feedback loop by sharing key customer insights and retention trends during team meetings, helping refine our product offerings and retention strategies to better align with our customer base.
