Three Arbors is seeking a friendly and organized individual to fill a dual role as Front Desk/Laundry Attendant. This part time position combines customer service, administrative tasks, and laundry duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage guest calls, including in-house calls and new reservations.
- Efficiently handle maintenance requests and forward them to the appropriate department.
- Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry in designated areas.
- Perform essential administrative tasks, such as printing, mailing, and filing.
- Monitoring social media engagement.
- Assist with other related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills (training on our reservation system provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive and professional demeanor.
Hours:
- Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday
- 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation:
- $18 an hour
- End-of-season bonus
- Paid training
