Parking Attendant

All members of the Three Brothers and War Horse Brewing Co. Team form the backbone of the customer experience on our Estate. Parking Attendants are often the first team member a customer interacts with, so a positive attitude and personable demeanor is essential for this position. Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. The Parking Attendant will be responsible for directing and parking vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Parking Attendants are primarily needed on Saturdays and Sundays, with more hours available if you are willing to work in the Tasting Rooms on weekdays. Ability to work most weekends is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and park vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring all parking areas are accessible and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, and finding a member of management to address any customer concerns, if needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking area, including removing trash.
• Perform routine inspections of parking facilities to identify and address any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Must be available to work most weekends.
• Must have a friendly personality and converse with a wide array of customers.
• Prior experience in parking operations or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and bending for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed outdoors.
• May be exposed to inclement weather conditions, such as rain or extreme temperatures.
